Privacy policy
In short: ViaVest only knows your email address, and only if you give it. No advertising cookies, no selling of data.

www.viavest.ch is published by ViaVest. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights: hello@viavest.ch. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
What we collect

What you enter in the calculators stays in your browser. It is not sent to us, unless you ask for your results by email.
Who holds the data
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, servers in the European Union): newsletter list and email sending. Brevo measures email opens and clicks, so we know which topics interest readers.
Plausible Analytics (Estonia, servers in the European Union): visit statistics. No cookies, no profiles, your IP address is not stored.
Vercel (United States): website hosting. Technical logs are kept briefly, for security.
Switzerland recognises the European Union as providing adequate data protection. Transfers to the United States follow the framework set by the FADP (Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only keeps small pieces of information in your browser, deleted when you close the tab, such as whether you closed the newsletter window.
If you follow a reading path or your plan, the site also keeps the articles you have read and the actions you have ticked in your browser, to show your progress. They stay there until you clear the site's data, and are never sent to us.
How long
Your email address is kept as long as you are subscribed. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe, you receive nothing more and the address is only kept to respect that choice. You can also ask for full deletion at hello@viavest.ch.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. We reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
